Data Deletion Request

Varry LLC (“we,” “us”) operates riverbendfun.com and the subdomains we run (collectively, the “Services”). This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including any data we received because you used Facebook Login or otherwise connected a Facebook account to the Services. It is provided to satisfy the Facebook Platform requirement for data deletion instructions.
What data this covers
- Facebook-sourced profile data. If you sign in with Facebook, we may receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Facebook user ID. We store only what is needed to create and operate your account.
- Community accounts and content. Display name, avatar, posts, comments, classifieds, service listings, reviews, media you upload, and moderation flags on our community subdomain.
- Account and contact records. Account credentials, email-alert opt-ins and preferences, and messages you send us through contact forms or email.
- Operational logs. Security and abuse-prevention logs (for example IP address, timestamps, and requested URLs) retained for a limited period.
How to request deletion
Choose whichever option is easiest for you:
- Email us. Send a deletion request to support@riverbendfun.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Tell us your account name and, if you used Facebook Login, mention that so we can match your Facebook user ID.
- Use the contact form. Submit a request on our contact page and write “Data Deletion Request” in your message.
- Remove Facebook’s connection. You may also revoke the app from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Revoking access stops future data sharing but does not by itself delete data we already hold — use one of the options above to request deletion.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your request, typically within a few business days, and may ask one verification question to confirm you own the account.
- We delete or de-identify the personal data described above, including Facebook-sourced profile data, normally within 30 days of verifying your request.
- Some records may persist briefly in encrypted backups and are purged on our regular backup-rotation schedule. We may also retain the minimum information required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent abuse.
- Content you posted publicly (for example community posts or classifieds) is removed from public view; quoted or re-shared copies held by other members are outside our control.
Confirmation
When deletion is complete we send a confirmation to your email address. If you do not receive confirmation within 30 days, reply to your original request or email support@riverbendfun.com and we will follow up.

HOA-only matters—membership, dues, docks, gate rules, clubhouse reservations, ballots, architectural review, resale packages, and insurance—must be routed to River Bend Membership Corporation, not through these Services.
