River Bend Park is a 400-acre recreational-vehicle private gated community on a peninsula on the Potomac River, near Falling Waters, WV.

Our unique nature is that members own their lots. The community offers views, wildlife, nature trails, swimming pools, mini-golf, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts.

The lodge at the center of the park includes a restaurant and lounge, convenience store with deli-style menu, coin-op laundry, and youth center. A multipurpose chapel building serves the membership.

Potomac River boating access is provided via the River Bend Boat Club (RBBC), which maintains the boat ramp.

Founded along the historical curve of the Potomac River at Falling Waters, WV, our destination grew from simple family picnics into a premium campsite destination filled with custom dirt bike trails, slip-and-slides, kayaking, and vibrant campground gatherings.

Initial Land Purchase

The property on the Potomac riverbend is founded for local recreation and weekend barbecues.

We added 80 camping spaces, deep mud paths for ATV enthusiasts, and river tubing platforms.
